For early access users, Zuruv executes bookings through direct integration with Zomato, Swiggy, Uber, Ola, Rapido, MakeMyTrip, and other platforms. For the MVP preview, Zuruv simulates the full execution flow — you see exactly how it works, including realistic confirmations and receipts. Full live execution rolls out to Pro users in the next release cycle.

Zuruv never stores your card numbers or UPI PINs. All payment actions go through the same encrypted payment rails as the apps themselves (Razorpay, native UPI). Zuruv initiates the payment — your bank or UPI app handles the authorization. You can set spending limits per category and require confirmation before any financial action.

Zuruv shows you an Action Plan before executing anything significant — you confirm before it proceeds. For high-value actions (flights, hotels, payments above ₹1,000), Zuruv always requires explicit confirmation. You configure which categories auto-execute and which require approval in Settings → Action Permissions. Every action is logged and reversible where the underlying service allows.

Zuruv asks one clarifying question at a time until it has what it needs. It never asks for all missing information at once. It also uses your history and preferences to pre-fill as much as possible — if you say "order dinner" and you always order from Behrouz Biryani on Thursdays, Zuruv will suggest that first.

Zuruv uses the RBI's Account Aggregator framework for all banking data — read-only access you can revoke at any time. We never store raw transaction data — only insights derived from it. All data encrypted in transit and at rest. We have never and will never sell user data.

ChatGPT cannot connect to Zomato, Uber, or IRCTC. It can tell you how to book something. Zuruv actually books it — confirmed booking, real receipt, money moved, cab arriving. That difference is the entire product.

We are in early access and building the product alongside our first users. In exchange for your feedback and patience as we grow, we offer a price that reflects this stage. When we raise prices to ₹499 in 3 months, everyone who joined during early access keeps their ₹99 rate locked in permanently. This is our commitment to the people who believed in Zuruv first.
